This investment property in Pawleys Island was in desperate need of a face lift. The owners called Contract Exteriors to replace the siding and install new windows. They had done their research and knew they wanted James Hardie fiber cement siding, and because Contract Exteriors is the only James Hardie Elite Preferred Installer in the Coastal Carolinas, they knew they wanted us to be the ones to install it. We changed their drab beige siding to a bright blue and replaced their original to the home windows with new energy efficient ones. 

This beach home in Garden City received a much needed update when Contract Exteriors installed a GAF roof, James Hardie siding, and added architectural details like the James Hardie porch ceiling. Adding the Hardie Board and Batten siding on the carport surround made it look much larger than it really is.

To solve this problem, we converted their existing screen enclosure to an All Seasons porch using a vinyl track screen enclosure system. Now they have the flexibility of both a screen enclosure porch or a completely enclosed room!

The homeowners of this ocean front house in Garden City (Murrells Inlet) needed new siding due to the maintenance involved with his existing wood board and batten siding. In the process we also replaced their windows which were showing signs of age by failing seals and noticeable interior leaking.
