This investment property in Pawleys Island was in desperate need of a face lift. The owners called Contract Exteriors to replace the siding and install new windows. We changed their drab beige siding to a bright blue and replaced their original to the home windows with new energy efficient ones. 

This Charleston home's exisitng vinyl siding was melting due the suns reflection on one of their windows. The owners knew due to their strict HOA that they needed to match the profile and color of their vinyl siding but did want to have to worry about this issue happening again. The owners of this home had a problem with one of their windows causing the suns reflection to melt their vinyl siding. Fortunately, James Hardie has several options when it comes to their siding line and we were able to match their siding reveal, as well as the rich red color.
