I was looking to only have my back porch screened in when I heard about Contract Exteriors. I had them come out to measure and give me a price on the job. After talking to them, I decided that I wanted them to the the custom window and door vinyl track system for a yer long use of the porch. What a difference the track system made. We love it and spend a lot of time on our porch now. They were able to install this in a day and a half. It actually made the porch look so much bigger after enclosing it. There were fast, reliable, and a great company to work with. I would recommend them to all of my friends. 

Our roofing replacement project went exactly like it's laid out in the textbook and/or printed advertising pamphlets; it really did!!! I had gotten some interest from other roofers with a lower prices, but they were miles short on the warranty part of the job. You can never know how the workers will perform on the job, so that's always an unknown quantity until the work is complete. The professionalism of the people from Contract Exteriors, all the people, was beyond outstanding. First of all, they care how well they treat you for what you are paying for their services, and they aren't the cheapest kids on the block. But, with roofing, you want to know it's going to be water and wind tight year round; with the manner of installation followed stringently by Contract Exteriors, you will be able to sleep well when the work is completed by them. I would recommend this company to everyone who looks for a quality job, not just the cheapest price!!

They arrived when they said they would and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up every thing when they we done. We have a few neighbors who have seen the finished job and they are interested in contacting them to have the same thing done. We are very proud of  our new screened in porch.

I have used Contract Exteriors recently as well as in the past.  I find they are very professional and their work excellent.  They let you know what needs to be done and willingly answer any questions you may have.I definitely would use them again

from initial contact with Jacob Talbot to production manager to installer Scott & his daughter the job was very professional. Scott & his daughter were on time every day, & left the job site as clean if not cleaner than they found it on arrival. I can't say enough about Contract Exteriors & the people my wife & I came in contact with. If I ever need any more work done I would look no further than Contract Exteriors.

It went excellent! I was out of town the week they started,and a little nervous about not being there. My wife gave me a day by day recap on the phone every evening, and I was quite surprised by how quickly it was done. They started on Tuesday and when I got home Thursday evening they almost had the roof complete.The project manager showed up shortly after I got home and explained everything that was done so far Rain was in the forecast the next day, but not to worry they worked until darkness and were there early the next morning and completed the roof before rain set in. We hope to have some windows replaced next year, and contract exteriors will be the first company we call.

Contract Exteriors is a very professional organization and what we did with the house was significant work and we always fell like Contract Exteriors was up to the task and though they were very professional, they were also very knowledgeable and they gave us confidence in the work they were doing and we never loss that confidence.
