That’s why here at Contract Exteriors we’ve created a simple and consistent project system that takes you from the first encounter with us all the way to your finished project, thereby eliminating pressure, stress, confusion and worry.

Once You Contact Us, The First Part Of Our Project System Is The
Sales Process, Which Contains Two Easy Steps:

1. We meet with you to discuss your project wants and needs, budget, architectural elements, etc. 
2. Once we’ve reviewed this information, we’ll sit down with you once again to discuss our proposal, supply you with product information, and answer any other questions you may have.

Once Having Determined The Details Of Your Project,
We Keep You Abreast Every Step Of The Way:

1. We conduct a pre-construction meeting regarding the details of your contract.
2. To better serve our customers, we provide a Client Project Portal where you will be kept up to date on the status of your project via pictures and progress reports.
3. When the project is complete, we conduct our own quality walk-through with you to ensure we’ve met our own high standards, and your satisfaction as well. But, that’s not the end of it!
4. Ten days after the project is completed, we come back out to your home and conduct a final walk-through with you… even after you’ve given your approval.
