Do you offer a labor warranty?

Yes. As a matter of fact, we offer a 10 year labor warranty*.

Can you give me any references/recommendations?

That’s one of our favorite questions – of course, as many as you would like. And, we encourage you to call them. Just check out our testimonials. You can also check us out with Angie’s List and Guild Quality.

Can you tell me how much this will cost?

Any contractor that says they will give you a price without knowing the specifics of exactly what you need isn’t being honest. After we have spoken to you and are clear on your needs, we will give you a fair and firm price – one which will not magically change. Just call for a free estimate.

Do you have all the necessary licenses and accreditations?

Absolutely. You should never work with a contractor who won’t show you all of their licenses and accreditations. We are happy to show you these at any time.

How are your prices?

We only do things the right way, and our customers seem to respond well. We’re definitely not for everyone — some people are on tighter budgets. But price is relative to what you get and just how much bang you get for you money. This is where we cannot be beaten. Our pricing is very fair when you consider that not cutting corners and doing things the correct way does come with a cost.

Do you offer financing?

You bet. We have a wide range of financing and payment options.

How can I tell an honest home improvement company from the rest?

One of the things we’ve done to help consumers is create a “Contractor Standards Guide.” It’s free and unbiased. If a contractor says they have the best quality and the lowest prices, they are lying – plain and simple.

You say you don’t use sales pressure – What is your sales process?

It’s just not our style to use sales pressure. We have a 2-step system which consists of us meeting with you in your home, and assessing your needs and wants, budget, design and architectural issues, measurements, and taking photos. This takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Once having processed this information, we will meet with you again either in our showroom or your home where we’ll show you material samples and product demonstrations. We will then present you with and discuss a proposal. This process is about an hour.

We believe that part of treating people with respect is respecting your decision, whether you decide to do business with us or not. This is why we will simply NEVER put any pressure on you.

What about installation?

We’re the only local company designated as a Preferred Installer by James Hardie and Master Elite Installer by GAF for roofing (authorized to offer un-prorated 50-year warranties). The reason is simple: we NEVER cut corners, we ALWAYS adhere to manufacturer standards, and we INSIST on every job receiving an inspection by certified supervisors before being declared complete.
