The owners of this Murrells Inlet home wanted to be able to enjoy their outdoor porch space more often. To solve this problem, we converted their existing screen enclosure to an All Seasons porch using a vinyl track screen enclosure system. Now they have the flexibility of both a screen enclosure porch or a completely enclosed room!

The homeowners of this ocean front house in Garden City (Murrells Inlet) needed new siding due to the maintenance involved with his existing wood board and batten siding. He wanted to keep a similar style and color, but did not want to have to worry about the upkeep of traditional wood siding. Fortunately, James Hardie offers their ColorPlus Board and Batten siding that worked perfectly. In the process we also replaced their windows which were showing signs of age by failing seals and noticeable interior leaking. Since installing their new impact windows they have seen a dramatic decrease in their energy bill!

This beach front home in Garden City had old detriorating wood siding and needed an update. A second home in Pawleys Island, the owners were looking to upgrade the siding and windows which were original to the home. James Hardie Beaded Smooth siding in Boothbay Blue with Arctic White trim was installed. We also replaced all of the windows with energy efficient double hung vinyl windows.
