This Myrtle Beach home had been purchased by a young couple who was looking to make it more energy efficient while upping its curb appeal. To do so they chose a GAF roof, color Weathered Wood, and new James Hardie siding, color Harris Cream. We also installed vinyl double hung windows with an energy star rating. To add architectural interest to the front elevation we constructed an overhang above the front door.
