This Myrtle Beach home had been purchased by a young couple who was looking to make it more energy efficient while upping its curb appeal. To do so they chose a GAF roof, color Weathered Wood, and new James Hardie siding, color Harris Cream. We also installed vinyl double hung windows with an energy star rating. To add architectural interest to the front elevation we constructed an overhang above the front door.

A young couple had recently purchased this Myrlte Beach home knowing it was a fixer upper. That is where Contract Exteriors comes in! We completely re-sided their home using James Hardie fiber cement siding, replaced their old windows and doors with more stylish and energy efficient ones, and re-roofed their home using GAF shingles. We even added architectural interest to the front of their home by constructing an overhang for their front entry.
