This beach front home in Garden City had old detriorating wood siding and needed an update. We installed James Hardie fiber cement siding to eleviate the exterior maintenance that the wood siding required. He wanted to keep a similar style and color as the existing wood siding so he chose James Hardie's Board and Batten Siding, color Light Mist with Arctic White trim.

These Murrells Inlet homeowners reached out to Contract Exteriors because they needed a contractor they could trust to replace the siding on their entire home. Their existing James Hardie siding had been installed only a few years ago, but it was by someone who was not a Preferred Installer by James Hardie.

James Hardie Re-Side with a Country Lane Red Color 

This Briarcliffe Acres home in Myrtle Beach received a much needed face lift thanks to Contract Exteriors! The roof was replaced using GAF Royal Sovereign shingles and the damaged siding was replaced with James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. The homeowners chose a white roof to help with energy efficiency, and Boothbay Blue siding with Arctic White trim to update their homes exterior.
