This Wild Dunes home on the Isle of Palms in Charleston had cedar siding that was becoming a maintenance issue. We installed James Hardie Color Plus lap siding and board and batten siding, which is virtually maintenance free! We were able to help the owners choose colors that were in keeping with the ARB's restrictions and they now have what looks like a brand new home!

This beach home on Isle of Palms had wood siding that was taking a beating from the salt air, wind and humidity that homes experience along the coast. The owners wanted a low maintenance siding that would stil give them the look of wood. James Hardie offers a Cedarmill finish that has a wood grain look without all the maintenance of real wood. 

These homeowners called us to replace both their deck and siding on their home in Isle of Palms. They spent a lot of time outside on their deck, relaxing on summer days and nights, and it was in need of replacement just due to normal wear and tear. They also felt this was a great time to get the siding replaced since we'd be working on the home's exterior anyway. After both projects were completed, the homeowners were happy to have a safe deck to relax on with family and a refreshed look after having their old siding replaced.
