The curb appeal of this downtown Charleston home was dramatically improved when we replaced the existing damaged siding with James Hardie ColorPlus lap siding in Iron Gray with Arctic White trim. Now the owners have a low maintenance exterior that looks amazing!

Not only was the siding on this home in desperate need of replacement, the homeowner was looking for an updated color. She chose Iron Gray, one of James Hardie's newest colors. The dark gray really pops with the Arctic White trim.

The owners of this Mount Pleasant home contacted Contract Exteriors to replace their rotting wood siding. Now, with James Hardie siding, the homeowners can still get the look of wood without the worry of rot and other problems that can arise with wood siding. 

When replacing the siding on this home with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding we discovered the sheathing on the chimney was completely rotted.
