This Conway home was reroofed using GAF Timberline shingles and resided with James Hardie Cedarmill siding in Boothbay Blue with Arctic White trim. Unfortunately when we were removing the old siding, termite damage was discovered. Fortunately for the homeowner, Contract Exteriors is a fully licensed General Contractor so the extra wood work was not an issue to resolve right away.
This Myrtle Beach home had been purchased by a young couple who was looking to make it more energy efficient while upping its curb appeal. To do so they chose a GAF roof, color Weathered Wood, and new James Hardie siding, color Harris Cream. We also installed vinyl double hung windows with an energy star rating. To add architectural interest to the front elevation we constructed an overhang above the front door.
We reroofed this Johns Island home using GAF Architectural shingles.
When we first arrived at this home, the siding was damaged beyond repair, and the roof was old and in desperate need of replacing. The existing windows were also very old and letting air in and out which was causing energy efficiency issues.
We got to work immediately and replaced the siding with James Hardie ColorPlus Lap Siding, installed a new GAF shingle roof, and replaced all the windows in the home. The transformation in this case was particularly dramatic, and the homeowners were thrilled with the end result.
