This Briarcliffe Acres home in Myrtle Beach received a much needed face lift thanks to Contract Exteriors! The roof was replaced using GAF Royal Sovereign shingles and the damaged siding was replaced with James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. The homeowners chose a white roof to help with energy efficiency, and Boothbay Blue siding with Arctic White trim to update their homes exterior.

The owners of the Briarcliffe Acres home were looking for an update on their exterior. We replaced thier rotting wood siding with James Hardie ColorPlus Lap Siding in Boothbay Blue. We also re-roofed their home with a GAF Royal Sovereign shingle.
