This Wild Dunes home on the Isle of Palms in Charleston had cedar siding that was becoming a maintenance issue. We installed James Hardie Color Plus lap siding and board and batten siding, which is virtually maintenance free! We were able to help the owners choose colors that were in keeping with the ARB's restrictions and they now have what looks like a brand new home!

They spent a lot of time outside on their deck, relaxing on summer days and nights, and it was in need of replacement just due to normal wear and tear. WIdows walk, with 8 ft X 12 ft flat deck on top of house, has developed a leak and is beginning to dry rot the plywood below. I would like the dry rotted piece, approximately 2' X 4' , cut out, and the coating on the deck restored to prevent future leaks. The existing coating is almost 20 years old but will need to be evaluated to determine the best technical approach.
