Valerie Ownley

With 14 years of new home construction sales experience, Valerie brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team. After starting a career in her hometown of Raleigh, a love for the beach, boating and sunshine brought Valerie to Wilmington in 2008, where she continued work in new home sales. Valerie enjoys helping clients build their dream homes, and Contract Exteriors provides her that opportunity by delivering quality products to local builders.

Valerie is an active member of the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association. When her feet are not dipped in coastal waters, she volunteers her time fostering animals in need of forever homes and supporting local charities, including Boys and Girls Club.
