Matt Whitley

Born in West Virginia and raised in North Carolina, I am a graduate of East Carolina University where I studied Construction Management.   

I have been around the construction industry my whole life but working professionally for about 7 years where I’ve gained experience in project management and estimating residential and commercial construction.  I came on board with Contract Exteriors in 2014 where I am an Estimator for new construction in all markets.
